Ulrich Laumanns is working as a project manager for the project “Technical Support for the Implementation of the National Hydrogen Strategy of Greece“ (H2Greece) project which is implemented by GIZ (German International Cooperation) on behalf of the European Commission as well as the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The H2Greece project provides advice and support to the Greek Ministry for Environment and Energy (YPEN) and the Greek Ministry for Infrastructure and Transport (YME) for the improvement of the framework conditions for the production, transport and use of green hydrogen in Greece. Ulrich Laumanns has studied political science in Germany and France with a focus on energy policy as well as support instruments for renewable energy and energy efficiency. During the past 20 years, he has been working for GIZ in the field of clean energy in Germany as well as abroad.
